Harry Potter fans rejoice! JK Rowling
has just announced that she'll be working with Warner Brothers to create a new series of films set in the Harry Potter universe. They won't be about Harry and the gang, but they'll arguably be better - a brand new series, featuring Newt Scamander (author of "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them") living in the wizarding world of New York City in the 1920s.
So, you know, AWESOME.
Still no word on when the movies will actually be gracing our screens, but just knowing they're out there is giving me life. Happy, lovely life.
